I loved the traditional vibe of the hotel and the convenience of the onsen access! Daily cleaning kept my room in perfect condition, I really appreciated that. The breakfast selection was extensive, a fantastic spread with both Western and Japanese options. The hotel's location was superb with a train station just a short walk away.

I found the sensor light in the room a bit disruptive, I had no control over it, and it would sometimes activate unexpectedly.

The hotel sits near the Nipponbashi metro and train station, only 20 meters away. It is close to the Namba station for airport access. Dotonbori is easily accessible and located at the beginning.

convenient locationhelpful staff

the location is convenient. the complimentary noodles were a lovely touch and quite good. we especially appreciated how helpful the staff were when we needed to have our suitcases sent to our next stay (it was so easy).

i found the onsen very crowded and there were children's things all over the women's spa. there was nowhere to sit and relax after the spa except for one bench, which wasn't enough.
